Shoe Show

I wonder how I could forget taking my sport shoes from my house in the suburb. It takes too long and too far to get back to my hometown just for the pair of my Adidas shoes. I’d rather find new pairs here in this city though I must get used to them. I could hardly walk without shoes on my feet; I myself have no idea why. My parents told me that I got injured on my left sole and from then on I never fell convenient without wearing shoes.
That evening, I walk home from the office and happen to go to a shoe store on the other block. My co-workers told me that the shoes there ate excellent. Well, it is not mistaken to give it a try.
I reach the store within minutes and find out that the store is apparently well-visited and has good collection of shoes. There are many choices for one kind of shoes, namely working shoes. From branded leather shoes to local synthetic shoes are available. I move on to the part of sport shoes. I really like kind of soccer shoes or athletic shoes, but I am not sure I will be using them for other activities. They are actually interesting, but I prefer finding casual shoes.
Searching for minutes, I arrive at a counter of discount. I seldom wish to get discounted shoes since the shoes are sometimes not as nice and comfortable as the new ones. But it is surely different here; not only the new and branded shoes are apparently excellent, the discount shoes also appear to be fascinating and enjoyable to wear. And what I like most is that there are plenty of kinds of shoe choices are there. The place is just like a shoe show. I wonder that this medium size store has complete collection of shoes, and it makes me confused which I really must take.

Summer Holiday

I guess I will not enjoy my holiday this summer. My company really begs me to finish the new design sample and related report by at least in a week, meanwhile the summer holiday is just about two days away. As a matter of fact, the sample could be finished within these days, but the report needs more than the day. I am afraid I have to tell my wife to stay here in Oxon for this year summer holiday. I am sure she will understand.

Something that makes me rather happy is that if I could finish the report before next Wednesday, my boss will gladly let me have the holiday for the rest of the week, and he will give me extra money as compensation of my work during holiday on condition that my report should be perfect. That’s excellent! And I will surely make the best report for my boss; he knows that all my reports are always actual and factual. Lucky me, I have not told my wife about the delay.
Arriving home, I find my wife and tell her about it and she looks so happy. She is happy that we finally could have time for only pleasure, not for business travels. When I ask her where to go, she looks thinking hard, and so do I. We are so glad that we have chance to enjoy holiday but we have no idea where to go.

I ask her to check the holiday destination at the internet from my old personal computer. We both then searching words of ‘holiday’ and ‘vacation’ and find out many choices of interesting places and sites to go; several hotels, cottages and inns are available for the holiday packages. That’s right! We both prefer to get holiday cottages as this will give us more privacy. And now just to choose where to go.
My wife wishes to go to other neighboring country like Scotland or Ireland. Once she said that these coastal countries have beautiful beaches and fascinating panoramas to see. Places to see there are also fantastic; cottages Scotland and Ireland have are definitely comfortable for two. However, we both realize that our summer holiday will just take 3 to 4 days so that it is quite impossible to travel, to stay and to go back home from one of the selected countries. Therefore, we are likely to have to spend the time in regions nearby.

Devon is the region of my choice, and she agrees. Devon region has beaches at both sides and the panorama is also as nice as others. Devon cottages are commonly unique and give a feeling of home for anyone staying there. Well, this is it. We have decided the holiday destination and this will surely be Devon.
